In particular, you confirm that you have read the Notice of Race and accept its provisions and agree that the boat will conform to the requirements set out in the Notice of Race throughout the event. You confirm that the boat here entered is insured with valid third party liability insurance with a minimum cover of £3,000,000 Pounds Sterling per incident.
